Required Qualifications

• QS Engineer
• Morethan 10 years of workexperience in Subcontractors and Customers Contract Management Department in a largeconstructioncompany.
• Knowledge of contractmanagementprocesses and legalaspects of largeinfrastructureconstructionprojects.
• Negotiation and communicationskills.
• Skills in budget monitoring and riskmanagement
• Goodknowledge of English

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparation of comparativetables of Subcontracts in collaborationwith the Project Managerfrom the informationgivenby the marketresearchcarriedoutby the Project Engineers.
• Drafting, negotiation and revision of constructioncontracts and subcontractors, following the approvals of the comparativeselectiontables of Subcontractors.
• Ensurethatallcontracttermsmeetlegal and regulatoryrequirements, aswellasobligationsarisingfrom the maincontract in a “backtoback” treatycreationwithSubcontractors.
• Supervisecompliancewithcontractterms and conditionsthroughout the project.
• Control and monitoring of the conditions (Financial and Schedule) of projectexecution in relationto the maincontract.
• Preparation of officialcontractuallettersto the Customers of the constructioncompany.
• Reportto the Project Manager
