Required Qualifications
- Engineer in a construction company (preferably)
- More than 10 years of work experience in the same position of a large construction company.
- Market knowledge of suppliers of E/M materials.
- Knowledge of special suppliers for energy projects.
- Skills in negotiating with suppliers, monitoring budget and analyzing costs.
- Good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Management of applications for the granting of construction site materials (project materials prepared by the Project Engineers).
- Market research for a wide range of building materials.
- Compilation of comparators from material market research.
- PO version and its introduction into ERP.
- Execute procurement for materials, equipment and services required for projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure that procurement is carried out within budget and that materials are delivered on time, without cost overruns.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Project Management to ensure materials meet quality specifications and requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement strategies to improve relationships with them.
- Manage expense records and other financial reports.
