Required Qualifications
- QS Engineer or Engineer in a QS Department of a construction company.
- More than 10 years of work experience in the same position of a large construction company.
- Knowledge in managing financial processes and cooperation.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Skills in budget monitoring and risk management.
- Good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Overlapping responsibilities / obligations with the position of Contract Administrator.
- Creation of monthly accounts (certifications) to the Owner.
- Research and creation of financial additional claims to the Customer (change orders, variation orders, claims etc.) arising from the execution of the Project and supported by the main contract.
- Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to Customers.
- Monitoring of invoices according to schedules and contractual obligations.
- Supervise compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the project.
- Control and monitoring of the conditions (Financial and Schedule) of project execution in relation to the main contract.
- Preparation of official contractual letters to the Customers of the construction company.
- Reportto the Project Manager.
