Required Qualifications

  • QS Engineer or Engineer in a QS Department of a construction company.
  • More than 10 years of work experience in the same position of a large construction company.
  • Knowledge in managing financial processes and cooperation.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Skills in budget monitoring and risk management.
  • Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Overlapping responsibilities / obligations with the position of Contract Administrator.
  • Creation of monthly accounts (certifications) to the Owner.
  • Research and creation of financial additional claims to the Customer (change orders, variation orders, claims etc.) arising from the execution of the Project and supported by the main contract.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to Customers.
  • Monitoring of invoices according to schedules and contractual obligations.
  • Supervise compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the project.
  • Control and monitoring of the conditions (Financial and Schedule) of project execution in relation to the main contract.
  • Preparation of official contractual letters to the Customers of the construction company.
  • Reportto the Project Manager.
