Required Qualifications
- Engineer in a construction company
- Work experience of more than 5 years in the same position of a large construction company
- Certified PRIMAVERA Expert
- Experience drafting schedules of complex large construction projects that include all kinds of work in infrastructure construction
- Good knowledge of English
Responsibilities and Duties
- Development and maintenance of the schedule as well as identification and monitoring of critical points and progress of the project, ensuring its timely completion.
- Coordination and guidance of project managers/teams, subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow according to the project schedule and specifications.
- Collection of data and preparation of reports to inform his superiors about the progress of the project and record the execution of work.
- Analysis and assessment of risks and problems that may arise during the project.
- Monitor the project budget and ensure that the project remains within the predefined financial frameworks.
- Support in the management of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers and monitoring compliance with the terms of agreements.
- Participate in the analysis of contracts and the coordination of the implementation of their terms in the project.
