Required Qualifications

• Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• More than 16 years of work experience in the same position of a large construction company.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the construction process and technical requirements.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule and budget management.
• Supervision and guidance of working groups (contractors, subcontractors, technicians).
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Supervision of quality procedures and safety protocols on site.
• Manage relationships with authorities, inspectors and other stakeholders.
• Addressing and solving technical or organizational problems during the project.
• Update on project progress and report to senior managers or clients.
